This voucher must be used at an appointment within THREE YEARS of this date. This means you need to be wary of booking in well before the expiry date!
You must let me know in your booking form that you have a voucher so I know to accept your request.
Booking requests must be made in line with my style: black and grey realism.  More details of my style and no-nos are available in my FAQs.
You must present this voucher in-person at your appointment.
This voucher must be used in full at your appointment and may not be split between multiple clients.
This voucher cannot be used as a deposit.  A deposit must be paid at booking. 
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
