This form is for NOV 2025-JAN 2026 appointments only.

To ensure a smoother booking process please provide as much info about your availability as possible so I can try to squeeze you in.

Please allow up to 1 MONTH for a response and check your junk folders if you haven’t heard from me. DO NOT send a follow up email.

I do not send designs ahead of time. I work super hard to get all the information I need from you and try to communicate my plans as best I can. Please give me as much to work with as possible!

I receive more requests than I can book so I prioritise larger pieces, flash, and ideas that suit my style best. I only reply to your booking request form if I’m going to take your piece. If you don’t hear from me, please just resubmit next booking quarter and DO NOT SEND A FOLLOW UP.

Must include: size in CM (or using a universal measurement e.g. credit card-sized, A4 paper, etc), placement, links to reference images, if you are covering up a previous tattoo or scarring, and any other design details you think I could possibly use. Please let me know if there's a particular piece I've done that resonates with you. If you need to add a photo, I'll ask you to add it in your next e-mail response. If you would like my flash designs you can simply quote the title of the piece as I've named them in my Story Highlights on my Instagram. Links to posts are fine - links to story highlights don't work. NB: I don't work in colour or tattoo other people's designs.

When do you want your appointment?

MY WORK DAYS ARE WED-SAT from 11:30AM-6PM. Do not request a booking on my days off. Please provide a few times that could work for you. Weekends fill up very quickly! Please let me know as much of your availability as possible! Last minute appointments are posted on my Instagram stories only.

Do you have any accessibility requests/heads up for me?

E.g., wheelchair access, tics, allergies, etc. It is your decision to disclose anything to me, and while I can't make guarantees for the shop's accessibility, I will always try. My discretion is guaranteed.
